With approximately 10% of school-aged children receiving a formal diagnosis of ADHD and many undiagnosed yet showing significant characteristics, fully understanding the nature of  ADHD is more critical than ever.  This full-day course will cover ADHD from neurological, biological, and environmental angles.  A review of cutting-edge research sets the stage for immediately applicable strategies for success at home, at school, and into independent adulthood.  Topics such as emotional regulation, executive function supports and mindfulness will provide attendees with a comprehensive toolbox of tips and strategies.

Having taught K-12 in public, private and psycho-educational settings as well as the early intervention field, she brings decades of knowledge and practical “front line” understanding. In private practice for the past 15 years, Lori brings a unique mix of personal and professional insight to the table.
