This advanced masterclass is for participants who have already completed an interoception course with Kelly and are ready to take their practice deeper. We’ll address common barriers to implementing interoception-based support, including client hesitation, communication differences, team resistance, and pacing concerns. Using real-world examples, participants will refine their ability to spot non-spoken indicators of interoceptive experience—such as body language, patterned behaviors, and co-regulation bids—and adapt strategies that honor consent, foster self-advocacy, and advance multi-modal communication skills.
Together, we’ll critique traditional emotional regulation and behavior approaches, exploring how to shift them toward curiosity, validation, and body-trust. Through interactive problem-solving and case analysis, participants will design interoception-based approaches for complex daily life skills like toileting, eating, transitions, social participation, and medical procedures—leaving with clinical reasoning to help clients understand, trust, and respond to their own body signals in authentic, sustainable ways.
**Prerequisite- knowledge of interoception is necessary for this Advanced Level Course**
