Individuals with ASD, social-behavioral challenges and/or learning difficulties are often more likely to be both victims and accidental perpetrators of bullying behavior. The first part of this workshop outlines a tiered model of intervention for bullying situations in school. These include generic antibullying programs, targeted programs for specific students, intervention for accidental perpetrators, and support required for repeat offenders. Part 2 discusses prevention from online bullying issues including cyberbullying, online sexual predators, and financial scammers.
